Take 4 store-bought pre-made crepes*, 1 tsp. oil and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options sauce choices vegetable possibilities
1 cup cubed boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs 1/2 cup condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 Tbsp. 2% milk 1/2 cup each finely chopped celery, sliced mushrooms and finely chopped onion
1 cup crabmeat 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing, 1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese 1 cup 1-inch asparagus pieces, partially cooked
1 cup beef flank steak strips 1/4 cup Light Cheez Whiz Spread 1 cup each green pepper strips and sliced onions
meatless 1/2 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 Tbsp. 2% milk 2 cups chickpeas, 1 cup each red pepper strips and broccoli florets

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COOK meat and vegetables in hot oil in medium nonstick skillet 5 min.

STIR in sauce. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 min. or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Let cool 5 min.

SPOON filling onto middle of each crepe. Fold in sides over filling; fold 1 end up over filling. Roll up. Place seam side down on serving plate.

Make Ahead
Prepare filling as directed. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to use, fill crepes. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet. Cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 15 min.
