HEAT oven to 350°F.
MIX graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Pour into crust; top with apples. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Top with nuts.
BAKE 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
