Take cooking spray and 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options...

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.) 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) chicken broth, 1/4 cup water 1 cup each sliced red pepper, frozen corn, thawed and green onions, sliced; 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot, 1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) beef broth, 1/4 cup water 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) sliced mushrooms, drained; 2 cups thinly sliced carrot, 1 tsp. each dried thyme leaves, parsley flakes and garlic powder
4 pork loin centre steaks, boneless (about 1 lb.) 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) chicken broth, 1/4 cup water 1 cup each chopped snow peas and grated carrot, 1 Tbsp. each minced gingerroot and garlic, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can (19 fl oz/ 540 mL) kidney beans, rinsed, drained 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, 1 cup water 1 cup each chopped green pepper and onion, 1 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add meat; cover. Cook on medium-high heat 10 min. or until cooked through, turning meat over after 5 min.

ADD liquid and rice; mix well. Bring to boil.

STIR in add-ins; cover. Let stand 5 min.
