What You Need

1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. Kraft Signature Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Make It

PLACE rice and water in microwaveable bowl. Add vegetables. Pour egg over vegetables; cover.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 min. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Fluff with fork. Add dressing and soy sauce. Toss lightly to combine.

Add 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion or 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts.
