BOIL 1-1/4 cups liquid in a large, heavy saucepan.
TOSS 4 cups Kraft cheese with 1 tsp. seasoning and 2 Tbsp. cornstarch in a bowl.
REDUCE heat to medium-low; add handfuls of mixture to liquid, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Stir until it bubbles. Remove from heat and pour into fondue pot.
