what you need

Take 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and mix & match your recipe from these options...

liquid options cheese choices seasoning possibilities
beer or chicken broth grated Swiss dried chives
1/4 cup tequila and 1 cup apple juice Tex Mex Shreds chili powder
white wine or tomato juice 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese Italian seasoning
white wine or apple juice 2 cups grated mozzarella and 1 container (250g) MacLaren's Imperial Cheddar dry mustard

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

BOIL 1-1/4 cups liquid in a large, heavy saucepan.

TOSS 4 cups Kraft cheese with 1 tsp. seasoning and 2 Tbsp. cornstarch in a bowl.

REDUCE heat to medium-low; add handfuls of mixture to liquid, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Stir until it bubbles. Remove from heat and pour into fondue pot.

Cook over low heat to prevent separation. Stir in cheese by the handful to ensure a smooth dip.
