Just follow our 3 simple steps
COOK 2 minced cloves garlic and 4 chopped green onions in 1/2 cup butter in frypan over medium heat, until soft. Set aside.
COOK 2/3 pkg. (500g) Primo Fettuccine according to package directions. Add 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces to the pasta water 1 minute before pasta is cooked. Drain.
TOSS together pasta, onion mixture, 1 Tbsp. each chopped fresh dill and parsley, 4 tsp. lemon juice and 180 g smoked salmon, cut into strips. Serve immediately.
