What You Need

1-1/2 lb. (675 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 5), quartered
1/3 cup Pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese, divided
2 green onions, finely chopped, divided

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 18 min. or until tender. Drain; return to pan.

SMASH potatoes coarsely with back of large spoon. Stir in dressing.

RESERVE 2 Tbsp. cheese and 1 Tbsp. onions. Add remaining cheese and onions to potatoes; stir just until blended. Top with reserved cheese and onions.

Special Extra
Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeño peppers to the smashed potatoes with the cheese and onions.
