MEASURE red pepper, chili pepper flakes, wine and lemon juice into heavy bottom 5-quart (5-L) saucepan. Let stand 20 minutes.
STIR in sugar. Bring to full rolling boil on high heat. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Immediately stir in liquid fruit pectin. Stir slowly for 7 minutes.
POUR immediately into warm sterilized jars, filling up to 1/4 inch from rim. Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres. Let stand at room temperature until set.
