So easy and so good! I had always considered chili something that had to cook all day or took forever to make. This recipe is really great because it gives you a good, solid base to experiment with. We made it last night and threw in about 10 other spices that aren't in the recipe but made it delicious! We also used frozen pepper strips, garlic and the secret ingredient: ketchup. The ketchup really brought it all together. I just wish we had had some cheese...
