What You Need

3 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing

Make It

HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat.

SPOON coleslaw blend onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top with remaining ingredients. Fold to make 4 packets.

GRILL 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Make Ahead
Foil packets can be assembled in the morning. Refrigerate until ready to grill as directed.
Note
If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can use a double layer of regular foil instead.
