What You Need

1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1 cup water

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), 1/2 inch thick

1/2 cup Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese

2 cups small broccoli florets

2 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX stuffing mix and water; spoon onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Top with remaining ingredients.

BRING up foil sides; fold to make 4 packets. Place on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (170°F). Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.

Cooking Know-How

If the chicken breasts in your market are larger than 1/4 lb./115 g, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centres and the juices run clear.

To prevent the stuffing from sticking to the foil, spray the foil with cooking spray before using. Or, use nonstick foil.

I always sprinkle pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on both sides of the chicken breasts. Amazing recipe!!! My husband loves, loves, loves this.

Chicken was juicy, stuffing was a bit watery. Flavour overall was very good. It took more effort than it was worth to spray and prep tinfoil with all the ingredients. Next time I may just use a pan. My whole family really enjoyed it, even the picker eater didn't complain. I will make it again.

Awesome easy meal. I added spices to the chicken. It is very important to spray the foil. Family loved it. Will definitely make it a regular healthy meal.

This is AMAZING! So perfect for picky eaters, I love mushrooms and my boy friend hates them... You can pick and choose what goes into your pack! You can litteraly use ANYTHING you have in the fridge! Brilliant will absolutely make this again and again!

Stuffing was mushy and flavors were blah, I did not use bacon and ranch dressing was not noticable

I found this did not come out anything like the picture and the stuffing was just mush. Perhaps I missed something in the directions, but for me, this one of those dinners that when I took it out of the oven it didn't look appetizing and then I realize I had to convince the family it's 'just fine' 'cause there was nothing else.

A bit fussy to put together on a weeknight. We didn't like the way the broccoli came out - so we would cook it on the side. The chicken was moist and tender.

My husband and my toddler enjoyed this meal equally, which makes it a success in my books. I made a few small changes... I used a combination of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots and left off the bacon bits. I also substituted fat free ranch dressing and a sodium-reduced stuffing mix. I'll make this again. It took less than five minutes to prep and just a second to get on the table. Perfect busy weeknight meal!

We really enjoyed this recipe. The chicken was very moist. I substituted corn bread stuffing intead of the chicken stuffing.
