What You Need

1/4 cup KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp.  honey
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 cups  chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup  chopped mint leaves
2 cups shredded cooked chicken

Make It

MIX dressing, honey and soy sauce with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.

TOSS lettuce, carrots and mint leaves. Arrange on 4 plates. Top with chicken; drizzle with dressing mixture.

Substitute
For a flavour twist, substitute 1/2 cup torn cilantro or flat-leaf parsley for the mint.
