What You Need

1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. each: sugar and grated orange peel

Make It

BEAT cream cheese spread with juice concentrate with wire whisk until well blended. Add sugar and orange peel; mix well.

SPOON evenly into eight paper-lined muffin cups.

FREEZE several hours or until firm. When ready to serve, peel off paper cups; invert desserts onto dessert plates. Store leftovers in freezer.
