1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Low Fat Cottage Cheese 3/4 cup honey-flavored multi-grain cereal flakes with oat clusters fresh peach slices
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Low Fat Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup whole grain cereal flakes with raisins, dates and pecans raspberries
1 container (6 oz.) blueberry low-fat yogurt 1/2 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets blueberries
1 container (6 oz.) strawberry low-fat yogurt 1 cup bite-size shredded wheat cereal banana slices
