What You Need

1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1/4 tsp. each ground cinnamon and ground ginger
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) peach slices in juice, drained, chopped
2 kiwis, peeled, chopped
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

Make It

DRAIN pineapple, reserving juice. Mix juice and spices.

COMBINE pineapple and remaining fruit in medium bowl. Add juice mixture; toss to coat.

LAYER fruit alternately with Cool Whip in 8 parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
