SPOON fruit into 6 small glasses or dessert dishes.
ADD boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice; stir 3 to 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk 3/4 cup Cool Whip into jelly until well blended; spoon over fruit.
REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
