What You Need

1-1/4 cups OREO Baking Crumbs
1/4 cup  butter, melted
2 tubs (250 g each) PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 can  (341 mL) frozen raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
1 tub (1 L) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

MIX crumbs with butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square pan lined with foil.

BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl with wire whisk until creamy. Gradually add juice concentrate, beating after each addition until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

POUR over crust. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving to soften slightly. Cut into rectangles to serve. Store leftover dessert in freezer.

Variation
For a flavour and colour change, try different kinds of frozen juice concentrate such as lime, lemonade, fruit punch or grape.
