DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch (3L) pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
DIP pan in warm (not hot) water to release jelly. Cut out circles using a 3-inch (7.5 cm) round cookie cutter. Lift carefully out of pan and place on serving plate.
SPOON whipped topping onto centre of jelly.
DECORATE with pieces of fruit to look like a 'pizza'.
