What You Need

1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no sugar added crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup  water
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 pkt.  SWEET'N LOW Low Calorie Sweetener
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Light Whipped Topping

Make It

MIX pineapple and water in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.

ADD rice and sweetener; mx well. Cover. Let stand 30 min.

STIR in whipped topping. Store in refrigerator.
