What You Need

1/2 cup Miracle Whip Calorie Wise Dressing
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. (450 g) each new red and white potatoes (about 8 each), halved, cooked and cooled
1/2 lb. (225 g ) each green and yellow beans, cut into 2-inch lengths, blanched and cooled
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill

Make It

MIX dressing and mustard in large bowl.

ADD remaining ingredients; toss lightly.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

Pierce potatoes with fork. Place in microwaveable bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. water. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 12 min. or until tender.
How to Blanch Fresh Beans
Cook beans in boiling water for 2 to 3 min. or just until crisp-tender. Drain, then immediately plunge into cold water to stop the cooking process.
