Garlic Beef Stir-Fry recipe

What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, well trimmed, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
5 cups mixed cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, green onions, red peppers)
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice
1/4 cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped

Make It

COMBINE meat, 1 Tbsp. dressing and garlic. Add cornstarch; toss to evenly coat. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 min. or until done. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD vegetables, soy sauce, ginger and remaining dressing to skillet; stir-fry 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return meat to skillet; stir-fry 1 min. or until meat is heated through and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

SERVE over rice. Sprinkle with nuts.

Special Extra
For a spicier version, toss meat with 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper or 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce along with the 1 Tbsp. dressing and garlic.
