PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Place pork in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Mix 1 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce, garlic and seasonings until well blended; rub evenly over pork.
BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until pork is cooked through (160°F).
CUT pork into slices. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.
