Garlic and Sun-Dried Tomato Sauteed Shrimp recipe

What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. (450 g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges

Make It

HEAT 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec.

STIR in shrimp; cook 4 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring constantly. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing; toss to evenly coat shrimp.

TRANSFER shrimp to serving plate; sprinkle with parsley. Serve with the lemon wedges.

Liven up the recipe by adding 1 tsp. chopped fresh jalapeno peppers along with the garlic.
