1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pear halves in light syrup, undrained
12   PEEK FREANS Ginger Crisp biscuits, crushed, divided
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup  thawed COOL WHIP Light Whipped Topping

DRAIN pears, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Slice pears; set aside. Sprinkle 3/4 of biscuit crumbs evenly into 4 dessert dishes.

MIX cream cheese spread and reserved syrup in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip. Spoon over crumbs in dessert dishes.

TOP with pears and remaining biscuit crumbs.

" I made this for company one night. It was an anniversary dinner for six. To make this a little more festive I drizzled Brandy over it and put a match to it, just as I brought it to the table. It was a hit! Becareful to use just a few bit and make sure that all cookie crumbs are covered by the cheesecake mixture"
