Glazed Red Berry Pie

What You Need

1 cup sugar
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell (170 g), cooled
3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Make It

MIX sugar, dry jelly powder and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until thickened.

COOL 10 min. Fill pie shell with berries; cover with jelly glaze. Refrigerate 3 hours.

TOP with Cool Whip just before serving.

Note
If using large strawberries, quarter them before using as directed.
Glazed Mixed Berry Pie
Prepare as directed, using a mixture of fresh raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Note
Pie can be prepared using a frozen deep-dish pie shell. Bake as directed on package; cool. Fill as directed.
