what you need

3/4 cup wide egg noodles, uncooked
1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup frozen peas

make it

COOK noodles as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, melt butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in cream cheese spread and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 7 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add turkey and peas; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.

DRAIN noodles. Serve topped with the turkey mixture.

For a boost of flavour, add 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves or 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme to simmering sauce.
