What You Need

1 small banana, peeled, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup whole grain cereal flakes with raisins, dates and pecans
1/2 cup mixed fresh blueberries and raspberries
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon or ground nutmeg

Make It

PLACE banana in cereal bowl.

TOP with yogurt, cereal and berries.

SPRINKLE with cinnamon.
