ARRANGE 1 sleeve of Honey Maid Graham Wafers on a baking sheet.
COMBINE in large bowl 1 cup each butter and firmly packed brown sugar. Microwave on HIGH for 3-1/2 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring after 2 min. Stir until smooth. Spread over graham wafers. Top with a few handfuls chopped nuts.
