Greek Pita Tostadas

What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) lean ground chicken
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
4 whole wheat flat Greek pitas
4 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup chopped English cucumbers
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns Cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup Pure Kraft Refrigerated Greek Feta Dressing

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

COOK chicken in nonstick skillet on medium heat 13 to 15 min. or until done, stirring frequently and adding garlic and oregano for the last 10 min.

MEANWHILE, place pitas on baking sheet. Bake 5 min. or until crisp and lightly browned.

SERVE pitas topped with chicken and remaining ingredients.

Special Extra
Toss cucumbers with 1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint, or 1/2 tsp. dried mint leaves, before spooning onto pitas.
Substitute
Prepare using lean ground turkey.
