PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Place peppers and onions in medium bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Let stand 10 min. to marinate.
POKE holes in bottom of disposable foil pan. Place vegetable mixture in pan; place pan on barbecue. Grill 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add asparagus; grill an additional 5 to 10 min. or until crisp-tender.
PLACE vegetables on four individual plates; top with cheese and broccoli sprouts.
