what you need

2 medium red peppers, cut into strips
1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
24 young asparagus spears, halved
1/2 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns Cheese
1 cup broccoli sprouts

make it

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Place peppers and onions in medium bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Let stand 10 min. to marinate.

POKE holes in bottom of disposable foil pan. Place vegetable mixture in pan; place pan on barbecue. Grill 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add asparagus; grill an additional 5 to 10 min. or until crisp-tender.

PLACE vegetables on four individual plates; top with cheese and broccoli sprouts.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, using Kraft Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Trimming the Tough Ends
The tough, woody part of the stem will break off in just the right place if you hold the spear about an inch from the bottom and bend until it snaps.
