HEAT greased barbecue to medium heat. Add chicken; brush with barbecue sauce. Grill, covered, 4 min.
ADD vegetables to chicken on barbecue. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing chicken frequently with remaining barbecue sauce and brushing vegetables with Italian dressing.
CUT chicken and vegetables into slices. Add to large bowl with greens; mix lightly. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
