Grilled Mandarin Salmon with Citrus Salsa recipe

What You Need

4 skin-on salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
1 navel orange, segmented
1/2 cup fresh grapefruit segments
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Make It

POUR 1/4 cup dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

MEANWHILE, combine fruit, cilantro and remaining dressing.

HEAT barbecue to medium heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Grill fish 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with fruit.

Serve with steamed fresh asparagus and hot cooked quinoa.
Use Your Oven
Marinate fish as directed. Remove from marinade; discard marinade. Heat oven to 350ºF. Place fish in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish easily flakes with fork.
