Grilled New Potato Packet

What You Need

1/2 lb. (225 g) each red and white new potatoes (about 4 each)

2 Tbsp. water

2 tsp. oil

3 Tbsp. Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing

2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT barbecue to medium heat.

PLACE potatoes on centre of large sheet of heavy-duty foil; drizzle with water and oil. Fold foil to make packet.

GRILL 18 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender.

CUT slits in foil to release steam before opening packet. Top potatoes with remaining ingredients.

Special Extra

Mince 2 cloves garlic; sprinkle over potatoes along with 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper before folding foil to make packet and grilling as directed.

Note

If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can use a double layer of regular foil instead.

It took a lot longer to cook. The dressing and cheese was just a gloppy mess to me.

Excellent recipe. We have having company next weekend and I am definitely going to make this. It did take longer to cook than the 20 minutes even with new potatoes from our garden but that probably depends on the barbeque, weather, etc.

I used Poppy Seed Kraft Dressing instead. I put 3/4 of a bottle on top of the potatoes. The rest of the recipe stays the same. When you open up the potatoes, the dressing has soaked into the potatoes. A real hit with my kids and family! Delicious!!!!!!!!
