1/2 cup KRAFT RANCHER'S CHOICE Dressing
1 clove  garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. red or white new potatoes (about 15 potatoes), halved
1 small  onion, sliced

PREHEAT barbecue to medium heat. Spray large sheet of heavy-duty foil generously with cooking spray; set aside. Mix dressing and garlic.

PLACE potatoes in centre of foil; top with onions. Drizzle with half of the dressing mixture. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and both ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

GRILL 30 min. Carefully open foil packet; turn potatoes over. Grill, in opened packet, an additional 5 min. or until potatoes are tender. Spoon into serving dish; drizzle with the remaining dressing mixture.

Sprinkle with sliced green onions or chopped fresh chives.
Creative Leftovers
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. Mix with chopped green and red peppers, sliced green onions and chopped pickles, then refrigerate until ready to serve for a delicious potato salad.
Shortcut
To cut grilling time in half, microwave the potato halves on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 min. before using as directed.

" Awesome recipe and so easy to make! I didn't put the onions in because we aren't big fans and used garlic powder instead of a clove. Everyone loved them!"
