Grilled Southwestern Steak recipe

What You Need

2 boneless beef rib-eye steaks (1 lb./450 g), 3/4 inch thick
2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

HEAT barbecue to medium heat.

RUB steaks with oil; coat with taco seasoning. Let stand 5 min.

GRILL 5 min., turning after 3 min. Brush with barbecue sauce; grill 4 to 5 min. or to medium doneness (160ºF), turning after 2 min.

REMOVE steaks from barbecue; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a tomato, cucumber and red onion salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
Substitute
Mix 1 tsp. each chili powder and ground cumin, and 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper. Use instead of the 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix needed to prepare this recipe.
Substitute
Prepare using boneless beef strip steaks.
