KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter provides a shortcut to using traditional crushed peanuts in this easy-to-make recipe.
6 servings, 1/2 cup (125 mL) each
paneer cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
undrained canned diced tomatoes
frozen shredded coconut
Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
dried fenugreek leaves
red chili powder or cayenne pepper
chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
COMBINE all ingredients except fresh coriander and lemon juice in medium nonstick skillet.
BRING to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until slightly thickened.
STIR in remaining ingredients.
Serve with warm naan.
