4 simulated beef veggie burgers
1/2 cup  fat-free sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
4 medium  foldable whole wheat pita breads
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 cup  shredded lettuce
1/4 of a medium cucumber, peeled, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup  KRAFT Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns

GRILL burgers as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, mix sour cream and garlic until well-blended.

COVER pita breads with tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber; drizzle with sour cream sauce. Top each with 1 burger, cut in half, and feta cheese.

Substitute plain fat-free or low-fat yogourt, or light sour cream for all or part of the fat free sour cream.

" Very good. I shredded some extra peeled cucmunber into the garlic sour cream mixture and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours before using it as a spread rather than a drizzle. Make sure you get good quality veggie patties. "
