COMBINE 3 cups cubed harvest veggies with 1/4 cup water in a medium casserole dish. Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes. Drain off any liquid and mash.
STIR in 1 chopped onion, 1/2 cup KRAFT French Dressing, 1/4 cup each: flour and milk, 1 beaten egg and a spoonful of brown sugar.
TOP with bread crumbs and bake at 350°F for 30 -35 minutes or until light golden brown.

ACORN squash, parsnips or white turnip.
