COOK 3 slices of chopped bacon in a large frying pan until crisp; add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped pepper and cook until softened.
ADD 4 cups harvest veggies to the mixture, cook until the veggies are tender.
POUR 1/3 cup KRAFT Fine Herb Dressing and stir well. Cook over medium heat until heated through and dressing evaporates; about 15 minutes.
