what you need

Take 1/4 cup butter, 3 pkg. (250g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 eggs and mix & match your recipe from these options...

crumb options add-in choices finishing touch possibilities
vanilla 4 oz. Baker's White Chocolate (melted and cooled), a handful dried cranberries and orange zest orange slices, dried cranberries and white chocolate curls
chocolate a spoonful each juice and zest of 1 lemon, lime and orange and chopped fresh mint lemon, lime and orange slices and mint
graham 1 cup canned pumpkin, a handful toasted chopped pecans and a dash each nutmeg and cinnamon Cool Whip Topping, toasted pecans and cinnamon sticks
ginger 6 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, (melted and cooled) and 1/4 cup Amaretto Liqueur drizzle melted chocolate and toasted almonds

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COMBINE 1 1/4 cups crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT 3 pkg. (250 g each) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese pr Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add 3 eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended. Stir in add-ins and pour into crust.

BAKE at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Add your own finishing touch.

You can freeze cheesecakes for up to 3 months. Make sure they are well wrapped and add the finishing touch just before serving.
