COMBINE 1 1/4 cups crumbs with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
BEAT 3 pkg. (250 g each) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese pr Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add 3 eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended. Stir in add-ins and pour into crust.
BAKE at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until centre is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Add your own finishing touch.
