what you need

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup pecans, toasted, chopped, divided
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Ritz Entertaining Selections Hearty Wheat Crackers

make it

MIX cream cheese with Parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup pecans. Shape into 8-inch log, set aside.

COMBINE parlsey and remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Roll log in parsley mixture; pressing gently to secure.

SERVE with crackers.

How to Toast the Pecans
Spread pecans in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Serve in a cut-glass butter dish.
