Honey Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup  KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, divided
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp.  garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp.  paprika
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 Tbsp.  honey

BRUSH meat with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing. Mix dry ingredients; rub onto meat. Let stand 10 min., or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours to marinate.

PREHEAT barbecue to medium heat. Place meat on barbecue; cover barbecue with lid. Grill 20 min., turning occasionally.

MIX remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing and the honey; brush lightly onto meat. Grill an additional 5 to 10 min. or until meat is cooked through (160°F), turning occasionally and brushing frequently with the remaining dressing mixture. Remove meat from barbecue; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.

How to Prepare in the Oven

Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using Kraft Signature Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing.

" I cooked it in the oven and it was excellent. I was worried it might be spicy because of the chili powder but it wasn't. It has excellent flavour. I will make this again."
