PREHEAT oven or toaster oven to 400°F. Split and lightly toast 2 whole grain English muffins. Spread each half with 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup; top with 1 tomato slice.
CUT 2 hot dogs in half lengthwise, then cut each piece crosswise in half. (You will have a total of 8 hot dog pieces.) Place 2 hot dog pieces on each muffin half. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. Kraft Mozzarella Shreds.
BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until hot dogs are cooked through and cheese is melted.
