What You Need

500 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 3 cups)
1 can (120 g) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Make It

COMBINE Velveeta, crabmeat, onions and bell peppers in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.

STIR in sour cream and cayenne pepper.

SERVE hot with Christie Wheat Thins Crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
