Hot Spinach Dip

What You Need

1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
Christie Wheat Thins 37% Less Fat Crackers

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX first 4 ingredients until well blended.

SPOON into 9-inch pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through; top with peppers. Serve with crackers.

Creative Leftovers
Cool, then refrigerate any leftover dip. Stir into hot mashed potatoes for a delicious boost of flavour.
Makeover - How We Did It
We've made over this classic appetizer by decreasing the amount of Parmesan cheese, and by adding roasted red peppers for both colour and flavour. In addition, we used Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing and Christie Wheat Thins 37% Less Fat Crackers instead of the regular products. All of these changes result in a savings of 20 calories and 4g of fat per serving.
