what an amazing little treat! I had some with homemade pita chips instead of vegetables, but either would make this hummus taste really good! Perfect for the summer.
I love hummis and have tried many recipes but I keep coming back to this one it is sooo good!! Today for the first time I used a large head of roasted garlic instead of the 4 cloves of minced...mmmmm yummy!! It was so creamy I didn't need to add the reserved liquid.
