What You Need

1 pita bread, cut horizontally into 2 rounds
1 tsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. hummus
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1 Tbsp. sliced black olives

Make It

PREHEAT broiler. Brush cut sides of bread rounds evenly with oil. Place, in single layer, on baking sheet.

BROIL 1 min. or until lightly browned. Spread evenly with hummus; sprinkle with vegetables and olives.

CUT each pita bread round into 4 wedges to serve.
