What You Need

2 lb. boneless lamb shank, well trimmed, cut into 1 inch chunks
1   onion, chopped
1/3 cup KRAFT SIGNATURE Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
3   medium potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, cut in chunks
1 can  (14 fl oz / 398 mL) diced tomatoes
1 cup Guinness beer
1/2 tsp.  salt
1 bay leaf

Make It

BROWN lamb and onion in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large pot over medium-high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

REMOVE cover and cook 30 minutes more.
