What You Need

2 lb. (900 g) boneless lamb shanks, trimmed, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 onion, chopped
1/3 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 lb. (450 g) red potatoes (about 3), cut into 1-inch chunks
6 carrots, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup beer
1 bay leaf

Make It

COOK meat and onions in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

ADD remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 1 hour, uncovering after 30 min. Discard bay leaf.
