What You Need

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 pkg. (8 oz./225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; surround with mushrooms and peppers. Top chicken with tomatoes and shredded cheese. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).

MEANWHILE, prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package, using the Sensible Solution directions.

SERVE chicken and vegetables with Kraft Dinner.

Special Extra
For added flavour, sprinkle chicken with 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil just before serving.
Substitute
Substitute 1-1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets for the chopped green peppers.
