  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; surround with mushrooms and peppers. Top chicken with tomatoes and shredded cheese. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).
  • Meanwhile, prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package, using the Sensible Solution directions.
  • Serve chicken and vegetables with Kraft Dinner.

Special Extra

For added flavour, sprinkle chicken with 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil just before serving.


Substitute 1-1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets for the chopped green peppers.

    I would use fresh tomatoes with a little canned diced tomatoes. Using just diced tomatoes made it toooo runny & tastless. Maybefresh tomatoes mixed with a little tomatoe sauce. Will try next time and report back
