Italian-Style Marinated Steak

Italian-Style Marinated Steak recipe

What You Need

1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 boneless beef sirloin steaks (1 lb./450 g)
1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce

Make It

POUR dressing over steaks in shallow glass dish; turn to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.

GRILL steaks 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Brush with barbecue sauce. Remove from barbecue; let stand 10 min. Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

Make Ahead
Place steaks in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. Add dressing; seal bag. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator, then grill as directed. The meat marinates as it thaws.
